Proud African Child

sometime others ask why
Other feels sad and attempt to ask
But who to ask
For some birthplace = death place
Comes once and for life
No more rebirths except change
Why Africa my birthplace
A land of no peace no rest
Other have said there is total absent of the of the creator in Africa
Despite all the critic
No one can change their nature
You are just what you are
I am Liberian
A black native African child
A mother of black
A father of non-white
Just a full African child
Wanting to make Africa proud
Like Weah, Nkrumah and Mandela
oh people of Africa
Why cry at Africa
Why neglect of homeland
The greatness of this land
From all side to all sides
Great sons and daughters born here
World changers are born here
And if you are still doubting
I am going to be one of them
Born for greatness
Full of greatness
made for the change
 A climate of great fame
A reign of power
Other have abuse power
But after the thousand years of night
Come today a bright light
To shine upon Africa
Lighting every sides and parts
I am an African
Breaking the chain
A leader of kings
Despite the pains
Let it fall abundance of rain
Conflict we have slain
Hatred and illiteracy we blame
For all our shames
Even in the sham we still make great names
People of bright fames
From north to south
A family of agape love
From east to west
Honest as doves
A new generation is born
Where peace and love is bound
Leaving our pains and hatred behind
The bad years are all gone
Like marrow peace shall live in our bones
No one will ever walk alone
For agape love we have stolen
This way of life we shall teach forever
I AM A PROUD AFRICAN CHILD
CALL ME MR. AFRICANIST
